Word's annoying Balloons

I had someone ask me the other day; "how can you get rid of those annoying balloon as I track changes?"

There are a few ways to accomplish removing the balloons yet still see your changes to a document. This way is easiest.

First go to your menu select Tools, then on the sub menu select Options.

Deselect "Use balloons in Print and Web Layout" checkbox.

Balloons Gone!
